I will take on the full marathon next year. What should I do

do cardio every day

you need to train..... some workouts you could do are of course abb workouts, because running is based a lot on your core. you also need to do leg workouts.. i suggest squats or burpees. and as a track runner i must say make sure you use your arms while running it gives you more speed. lastly run up hills because if you can sprint up a hill i guarantee you can run on flat surface with no problem.
