Iâ€™ve been hitting the gym for over a year, my goal is to build muscle and burn fat. My body fat percentage was 26 percent I was out of the gym for the past three weeks due lower back pain and knee soreness. I just moved to produce stocker at my job sometime in the past three weeks and I came back to the gym today and measured my body fat percentage, My body fat percentage went down to 20 percent . How is this possible? I ate terrible, Iâ€™ve been off from the gym, I get that Iâ€™m a produce stocker which is physically demanding. But how did my body do that? Just produce alone canâ€™t burn that much fat in s amount of time, Iâ€™ve even lost 10 pounds. Should I go to the doctor if my body burned fat while eating a terrible diet and not working out?
