So Iâ€™m tying to lose fat. Iâ€™m very active and workout for 2-2.5 hours 6 days a week. I eat about 1800 calories a day but Iâ€™ve been noticing that after I eat, I get hungry sooner after than normal. And I do not deprive myself I eat healthy, nutritional meals. Is my metabolism increasing? I should I increase my calories?
