Is this a healthy goal weight

i’m a 14 year old boy, 5’6, and 150-160 lbs. we don’t have a scale so i’m just estimating off my recent doctor visit. i’d like to be 130 lbs but is that too much/little? muscle isn’t super important to me, i’m focusing more on burning fat, not burning muscle.

when I were u would go to the gym and get big cuz u got a good weight for that and u will burn fat fast and get muscles. even u to small or something just go and try its fun and u will get some girls and u will feel better
