Tips for waking up very early

Just looking for some pointers on how to be more awake/energized, and also how to cut down on time it takes to get ready every morning-- since I will be getting up at 4:30am due to my new schedule. Any tips would be great

Sleep early

Go to bed early enough to get 8 hours of sleep. Limit your caffeine intake to morning only. This includes coffee, tea, soda and energy drinks.
