i have been confused about this for so long. say i eat 1200 calories to lose 20lbs and then after i reach my goal it says i need to eat 2000 to maintain my goal. BUT i was eating 2200 lbs before i lost the weight (which is only 200 calories more that i am eating to maintain my new weight ) its only a 200 calorie difference...? so how come i can literally be 20lbs lighter and only be eating 200 less calories a day.
