Water fasting vs Tea fasting

So I have water fasted for 5 days now and I want to make it to 21 days. I was thinking about adding one cup of 0 calorie green tea in the morning to give me energy and just something to taste. Do you think this will slow my weight loss? Should I just stick with only water or is one serving of tea a day okay?

No thats fine as much as you like, some people fasting drink black coffee. After a week of only water you tend to get a yucky metallic taste in your mouth, i used sip a tiny amount of fruit juice and then spit it out to get rid of the taste.
