Did I eat too much today I’m on a diet

I had a smoothie for breakfast which consisted of: Semi skimmed milk 2 bananas 3 strawberries Handful of blueberries Lunch: Cheese salad with low fat salad cream including: Cucumber Pickled onions Spring onion Raw Carrot Grapes Weight watcher fruit yoghurt after Dinner Half a can of tuna in sunflower oil Cucumber Small fruit clementine Snacks: Two bite size brownies (the tiny square ones :/ ) How many calories are in all this roughly?
