The mass of 3 protons and 4 neutrons is 3*1.007825 + 4*1.008665 amu = 7.058135 amu. The nuclear binding energy is found from E = (delta-m)*c^2 = (7.058135 - 7.016000) amu * c^2 = (0.042135 amu) * c^2 = [ 6.9967 x 10^(-29) kg] * [ 2.9979 x 10^8 m/s]^2 = 6.288 x 10^(-12) J;
