Hi, I am 147cm (4ft10) and a 23 year old female.
I was originally 60kg and I am now down to 49kg - Iâ€™ve checked my BMI and this seems to be a healthy weight for my height however, why when I look at myself I feel fat? I feel fat after eating anything and feel like my belly just bloats after a meal. I know some bloating is normal.
I exercise 3-4 times a week which include 2 sessions of half hour cardio the rest is sit ups, squats etc.
What can I do to feel slim and not flabby?
