What can I do to have a healthier lifestyle

I often feel fatigued and sluggish.. I also have an extremely hard time waking up and going to sleep at night. What are some things I can do to be healthier? Can anyone recommend vitamins or foods I can eat that are good for me? Any daily exercises?
